I had a terrible experience at Epic Urgent Care and would love to talk to Dr Patel about it.
This place needs to find better receptionists. The lady I called to schedule an appointment made it sound like I should know what to expect for my newborn’s visit. When asked what medical records are needed to transfer to their office she proceeded with saying with so much attitude.. we’re a pediatricians office we know what we need. So unprofessional and unhelpful especially for a first time mom.
Staffs are professional, helpful, attentive and courteous. Dr Hetal Patel is very nice, kind and caring.
She is very friendly and prompt.she has an extended helping hand.
