I only went to this office with my son because the Boston Road office was Booked so I took my son to the Grand Concourse because I believe they’re in connection but the Grand Concourse is ghetto unorganized and they just trying to take money from the less fortunate. I went to this doctors office with my significant other and to be very honest. Their receptionist are very rude, the way the talk to the elderly is rude and harsh. I get that the healthcare industy is very busy however i don’t believe a patient should be doing the receptionist job to call their insurance and ask for any type of codes. very poor care, yesterday doctor Auth left me in severe pain of migranes with no medication, not even a pill in this clinic to treat pain,, i had a high blood pressure of 180/124 and this clinic either had a pill to lower my blood pressure, shameful, this place suck!
