This doctors office is in an apartment building. The waiting room is a living room where the doctors areas are separated in bedrooms with paper covering the windows. I only went to this office with my son because the Boston Road office was Booked so I took my son to the Grand Concourse because I believe they’re in connection but the Grand Concourse is ghetto unorganized and they just trying to take money from the less fortunate. I went to this doctors office with my significant other and to be very honest. Their receptionist are very rude, the way the talk to the elderly is rude and harsh. I get that the healthcare industy is very busy however i don’t believe a patient should be doing the receptionist job to call their insurance and ask for any type of codes.
