Dr Herman Shen is very considerate and professional during checkups. He always warmly and patiently answers any questions or concerns I have. My experience with ortho k has been wonderful, and it has added lots of flexibility to my life. It has never felt uncomfortable to wear.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shen for my Ortho-K lenses for almost 20 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. Ortho-K has been a great alternative to glasses and daytime contacts. Dr. Shen is always kind, helpful, and accommodating, especially with later appointments after work. Highly recommend!
