Saw Dr Nathan, didn’t feel the prescription is correct. After reaching out, they want to charge $90 for a re-evaluation. I have to pay more money to correct their mistake. Quite disappointed. Book with another doctor if you’re planning on visiting.
Over my many years of coming here for regular eye examinations, and wearing the ortho-k eye lenses has improved my eyesight drastically. Dr Herman Shen's care with his patients as well as his staff are exceptional. I highly recommend.
The team is friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well cared for. After more than 10 years and counting of exceptional service, we highly recommend Dr. Shen and his staff to anyone looking for outstanding eye care!
Service was very good! Convenient location and the staff were very friendly and professional. Staff speak both Chinese and English fluently, which is nice.
I have been with Dr.Shen since 2013, originally at the coquitlam location and now at the Burnaby location. I've always had a good experience with them and the ortho-K lenses helped me stabilize my vision. I am still with them for this reason! Would recommend.
