The office is old, outdated and rundown. Feels like you're stepping into the 80's. Dr. Cohen told me my referral was done but when I got to my appointment it was not. The office staff is not on top of how things work in this decade. I had the most awful experience getting a simple referral. The office rep had no idea how to provide a referral for my insurance to my eye-doctor and the staff from Wills Eye actually trained her over the phone on what to do. Dr. Cohen has always given me excellent advice. He has turned around my health and I am very grateful. I have recommended him to family members and friends.
Dr. Cohen has been my doctor for the last 17 years. His knowledge and professionalism was significant in preventing a serious illness. I trust my health care to his decision making. He explains issues and options. Dr. Cohen has no problem recommending specialists when appropriate. There are several doctors closer to where I live but I trust his skill.
Dr. Cohen and his staff are what to look for in doctor/staff/patient services. The nursing/secretarial staff is caring and compassionate, appointments are made with ease, and billing issues are taken care of promptly. As for Dr. Cohen himself, the man is knowledgeable, up to date, conversational and open, easy to talk to, and spot on with his care. My husband and I both are most grateful that we have such a wonderful doctor to tend to our medical needs.
