I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Herbert Sims during an ENT visit in April at his Rush-affiliated practice. From the moment he entered the room, his demeanor was abrupt and dismissive. He did not introduce himself and spoke in a tone that felt irritated and rushed. Throughout the visit, he showed little empathy while discussing my mother’s ongoing throat pain and ear symptoms.
