Not that it matters much now because Dr. Lips has since passed, but he was an exceptional doctor to my daughter when she was five and needed her tonsils and adult size adenoids removed. Saved her life. Bedside manner was good, and even if it hadn’t been, he did his job thoroughly and professionally.
Very rude on the phone and not helpful at all.
