My husband had a very disappointing experience at Bayside Family Eyecare inside the Santa Clara Costco. They gave him expired contact lenses to try on. When he pointed it out, the staff gave vague and unclear responses and never explained how they would resolve the issue or provide a replacement. Dr. Henry Truong is friendly and very professional. He is such a nice, caring and considerate person! He is very patient and attentive to issues of my eyes. He takes time to answer my questions. He provides guidance to take care my eye lids’ problem which I am suffering but don’t know what the cause is before seeing him. It was a pleasure talking to him during the eye exam. Also, the assistance in the office is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
