Not only Dr. Tran himself is very proficient, patient with clients and calm but I found his staff also very cooperative and helpful with meeting arrangements or any other inquiries you may need in your treatment process that needs arrangements with specialist office. There is a very kind madam named "Jenna" who helped me and my father a lot in our process of treatment and arrangements with Dr. Tran's office which made commutation much easier for us. Highly recommend them!!
Very impressed with Dr. Tran’s knowledge, care and efficient way that he makes your treatment plan and patient experience pleasant and stress-free. He gets to know his patient and their specific needs and follow up including that of his staff, is outstanding. Dr. Tran has a way of connecting and showing a caring approach to health care.
Lovely team, made sure I had all the supports I needed. The staff are extremely busy but they always made time to answer my questions when I called and left a message. I'm very grateful to be cared for by such kind people at a difficult time in my life.
I had my first appt there and I was welcomed by Jenna the receptionist, she is very friendly, caring, so professional and cares about the patients!!
