Back in July, I had a total thyroidectomy after being diagnosed with papillary thyroid carcinoma. Dr. Reinhardt and his staff were very kind and accommodating. I felt very well informed and educated about the procedure and everything that I should be expecting after. They were very patient with me and answered all my questions.
