Dr. Heffernan was very thorough and calming. He was explicit in my diagnosis, told me exactly the plan of action , prepared me for possibilities of treaments but assured me as well.

The staff was rude, unorganized and unprofessional. New patient appt March 2023 for elevated blood platelets. Arrived at the address provided in the email, only to arrive at a renal suite. Ok, no problem, easy fix. Called to figure out where I'm supposed to be and I was interrupted in the middle of talking "you need to hold on and listen mmkay?" I show up, they lost my new patient paperwork I emailed them through their portal "oh we don't know where those go" no problem, I'll email the original person who sent me the informa... read more
