I have been going to Dr. Mata for years. He's changed dramatically. At my last yearly exam, he spent less than 10 minutes with me. Dr. Mata ordered an ultra sound on my thyroid. I have had this done for years to monitor small nodules on my thyroid. At the ultrasound, the tech remarked that she didn't know why I was there she saw nothing. Mata's nurse called me and said a needed a nuclear test on my thyroid. I asked why since the tech saw nothing. She said I had a goiter.
