This week we had an appointment at Big Apple Pediatric Dentistry and were assisted by Maria, the dental assistant. My son has special needs and sensory issues, but Maria was able to make him feel comfortable and clean his teeth without any struggle. She welcomed him with patience and truly understood his feelings. Her customer service is outstanding—she goes above and beyond. Maria is an amazing dental assistant, and we look forward to our next appointment with her.
My kids had their first appointment today and loved every minute of it! Dr.Martinez and his dental assistants are so sweet, patient & knowledgeable. My 1 1/2 yr old had no problem during his examination which was so comforting to see! The facility is clean and inviting. They even have a special play room for those kiddos who need a little more help warming up to the dentist experience. Thank you Big Apple!!
Came for a second opinion and now we are staying for good! Always went to a different dentist in town and that was fine, but I was really blown away by Big Apple! The office is clean, bright, and calming. The staff is ABOVE AND BEYOND. When I asked my 7 year old to compare the two dentist offices, she told me “the service as Big Apple was much better.” Go here if you want an exceptional dental experience for your kiddos.
We love Big Apple! We have been going here two years. The facility is very clean, the front desk staff is very helpful and kind and Dr. Martinez does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this place.
