I booked for my appointment the staff booked me in 12 pm today and today I called the staff said No appointment it’s not good for my health now. I arranged time today off work and now they wasted of my time! That staff even said no my name in the list here but I’m been here long time with Dr Henry.
Poorly organised clinic. Advertised they are open from 8:30am but did not open the doors until after 9am. Only to be told upon entering that they would not be able to take any patients until later in the afternoon. Any amount of signage would have made a difference and avoided time wasted.
My mum went there to do a blood test on 1/7/25. When she went, an asian lady who was meant to do the blood test took it and when it happened, she missed the veins entirely 4 times! Instead of apologising and taking it out to search for the vein, she moved the needle in my Mum’s arm causing my mum pain. She made excuses such as “no its okay, this is how you do it” but clearly not since my mother has done numerous tests with other doctors.
