Absolutely, the best doctor I know! Dr Henry is caring to all his patients and he makes sure you leave, feeling happy and relieved with his service. He builds a trustworthy relationship with all his patients, which I find it great as it is easier to mention any medical issues you have. Most of the time the wait is long but it is sure worth the wait!
Dr Henry Mai has been our family doctor since he had an office in Hoxton Park. He is very friendly & easy to communicate with. Highly recommend him to all people looking for a trusted GP in the area.
I just moved to Canley Heights from Bankstown, so I came to this GP, and I got declined because they not taking new patient. People, please don’t come to this address if you are not their existing patient, don’t waste your time like me. I guess, I’ll try a few more GP around here, and if they all don’t take new patient, then I have to go back to Bankstown or straight to the hospital. What is “ duty of care”, and what is “ Hippocratic Oath “. I wonder why these people wanted to learn medicine ? Maybe just for the “money”.

You will realise very quickly that not all doctors are the same. Doctor Henry Mai is a cut above the rest. Patient, thorough and understanding, he is a doctor that I completely trust. When you find a family doctor that tends to the medical needs of you and your family with such expertise (I have three kids who adore Dr Mai), you can’t help but feel assured and well looked after.
