All one has to do is read last two years of review and average would be under two stars and it's for good reason. I experience exact same issues. Front staff, PA Christine to be direct, office manager and Doctors nurse all new under one year at office after total turn over of staff late last year. Took 40 minutes from appointment time to be seen by PA.
I cant even consider being a patient with these horrible reviews....who would?
This office does not answer calls or return calls. 2 months we have been waiting for a prior authorization for my son that should be the easiest PA done as it is continuation of therapy. Have been in contact with Dr. Prost MA and the insurance company. Literally jeopardizing his life due to negligent care. I work in the medical field and I have never dealt with this type of negligence from any other doctors office.
