Awesome Doctor, absolute horrible staff. No other word in the English language describes these women other than BXTCHES. Sorry….sad but true. Power trips and extremely rude…..especially if you complain after a week of trying to reach them or leaving messages for them to return your call. Cannot…..and I repeat……CANNOT get prescriptions called in to the correct pharmacy or get them called in correctly. Complete incompetence. Again, Dr. Platt is great…..staff is horrible
Him and his staff made me feel heard by listening and answering my questions fully. He did not make me feel rushed like other doctors tend to do. He also took that extra step and wrote down the RX codes for my pharmacy so I will save money.
Dr Platt is the best. I love the way he takes time with you to educate you with your health problems. Now a days you don't run into doctors that will take their time to treat their patients as a person instead of a number. For this I am thankful that I was referred to him.
