I would not recommend Dr. Huang for pediatric care. My 5-year-old was understandably nervous about a nasal exam, and instead of using a gentle approach, Dr. Huang grew frustrated. After a few brief attempts, he stated he had 'been patient enough' and had other patients to see. He then opened the door to end the appointment, refusing to answer my questions or address my concerns, and told us to return in three months. His lack of empathy and professional bedside manner was deeply disappointing.
Very nice staff. DR. Huang is very hospitable and explains things clearly. I recommend him.
Just completed a consultation with Dr. Huang. The reception was polite and professional. I arrived on time and was seen just a few minutes after. Dr Huang's exam consisted of some questions, he performed some appropriate tests and I was given a prescription with instructions. Perfect, thank you.
Had a pre booked appointment for Jan 3 11 am… there are 6 of us outside the office and no one is here. While talking to each other we also realized our appointments were booked at the same time. 2 people for 10 am, 2 for 10:30 and 2 for 11…. Very disappointing experience from a specialist we were referred to by the hospital.
Very unprofessional. Booked us for Jan 3rd morning at 10:15 am & when we reached their office was close. There were more than 10 people waiting, some since morning 9 am. People came from Peterborough, Scarborough all frustrated, no communication. If we as patient dont show up then there is $100 charge, how about Doctor? No accountability for these Doctors.
