Dr. McKay is a wonderful physician. I have been using him for 25 years and everything comes out perfect each time. Dr. McKay in his staff are compassionate. I am thankful the Dr Collier D.M.D advised me to use him. I have stayed with him again and again. Wonderful outcomes and explains conditions well.
My experience with Dr. McKay was so horrible that this is the first time I have ever left a public review for a medical professional. I paid his office more than $6,000 and have nothing to show for it besides two holes in my mouth and trauma. I had two dental implants placed by Dr. McKay in 2024 and it very quickly became obvious that something was wrong. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. McKay, and I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was. His bedside manner is truly exceptional—so calm, kind, and patient. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and made me feel completely at ease. You can really tell he genuinely cares about his patients. His entire staff was also incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole experience even better. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Dr. McKay and his team!
I transported my neighbor to Dr McKay today; was most impressed with the front desk staff and then Dr McKay after he had finished the procedure. He was concerned about the welfare of the patient and making sure he would be looked after. I even called my dentist to tell him!!
I had two implants placed by Dr.Mckay. One of them has no problems at all. The implant in the front of my mouth failed within a month of the procedure. We even paid extra for a bone graft to be placed to ensure implant success. I was advised it was my fault somehow and instead of repairing the implant to prevent any future complications, Dr. Mckay packed my implant cavity full of cement to prevent any more issues out of his patient.
