Dr Burgess would put false information in my record. I had in my records a medication prescribed to me from a lewis gale doctor, it showed in my urine test. I thought it was maxalt and my pain medicine was "as NEEDED" . I PROVED this to a Carilion doctor, she noted and destroyed a FULL bottle of meds I had in my med cabinet from 2012. I took ONE. Dr. Burgess was very thorough and a VERY good listener. The nurses and other office staff are very helpful, friendly and efficient.
