Starkes has a great bedside manner which hides his incompetance, forgetfulness, lack of followthrough. Before coming to him I was in a Pain Management Clinic in another city for 3 years. Despite my constant pain Starkes did not refer me to a Pain Clinic for 11 months, refused to increase my pain meds past codine. I suffer from extensive body trauma. Starkes refused to fill out proper DEA forms & the pharmacy often refused to fill my perscriptions, despite taking the form to him 5 times.
