PLEASE HIRE COMPETENT PEOPLE! This is the second time in the last few months I have come up here and wasted my time and gas. Today I completely wasted both when they couldn’t draw my blood FROM MY HAND! Young guy then told me he’d “get a helper” and I’m waiting another 30mins I’m there for an hour now for a simple lab which should not have been scheduled so late in the day I’m told by the nurse and that I would need to come back! If you are reading this, you may stop looking for your next doctor. Doctor Momin is as good as they come, you will not find a finer physician. All of the staff and Northside internal are amazing and most importantly when you call, they answer every time. No messages or call backs needed.
I see Jenn and she’s very nice and listens + provides solutions right away. You can get in super fast. The staff in the office is so nice especially the girl who checks you in and out(I wish I knew her name) and they remember me when I come in. The shot givers and blood takers are top notch(Julia& Rain) , because I have an EXTREME needle phobia I pass out lots with many things. They’re quick and so kind when I do happen to pass out. The doctors and medical professionals are fantastic but the front desk is the absolute worst, from the receptionist to the office manager. I've had better interactions with the DMV. Great docs, garbage office staff
