I’ve been in this group for about two years and have only met Dr. Kolli once—not that it really matters for this post. But am I the only one who pays a copay at the doctor’s office and then still gets a bill in the mail for the same visit?
Dr. Kolli is the best but I can’t say that about the front. On the front I give a zero. My meds keep saying I need a pre approval the pre approval gets rejected. The front says I need to speak to Abby I was on hold for 25 minutes waiting and was cut off and called back. I was told she was in a room with a patient she would call back never did. I called back again never returned my call. I had an appointment so I tried to talk to her then and she was to busy. Seriously I need my medicine the insurance wants a reason why they ... read more
Very unprofessional. they are unable to help you. I've been waiting for a medication approval and the nurse said they are busy with only one nurse dealing with 100 patients and they simply don't have time to attend to my needs. I am not faulting the doctor it is my fault for choosing them. Probably better to find a doctor that's not in hemet. Lol
