Honestly have not meet the doctor, nor do I care to, after having to deal with the secretary on two separate occurrences as well as hearing another doctor telling the secretary to just hang up on me, and then without any warning I a put on hold. Staff did not care that my child would be out of medication for 2.5 months due to a mix up on the retired neurologist and this office Waterloo. I have no care to deal with uncaring cold dangerous staff.
