Took my daughter even when they were no longer taking her insurance. They were God sent.
He over books, spending hours in waiting room. Doesn't take time to listen to his patient. In room for 5 minutes.
The office staff came across as unprofessional and dismissive during my visit. I felt I was spoken to harshly regarding missing blood sugar logs from a period when I was not able to consistently document them. The interaction felt more like being reprimanded than supported in managing my condition. I left the appointment feeling discouraged and not helped with practical solutions going forward.
Waited 3 months for an appointment, then found out upon arrival they changed their office hours and had rescheduled my appointment with my wife that has memory and thinking issues, instead of contacting me. Now they expect me to wait another month. Every time it's get there, sit there, and wait. Appointments constantly getting changed on short notice. The staff is crude and rude. I'm not that hard of for an Endocrinologist. I'm going elsewhere.
