Dr Patel has been my primary Dr for a few years now. I consider him top notch. He truly cares about his patients, is never in a hurry & above all listens to you. He has a great staff too!
I've been there for a long time . I have never seen the doctor always saw N.P Bookie she is good.But recently they change all staff and i will call ,almost never answer. put me in hold and hang up before they answer. and my expiririence lately it wasn't good at all. when i call about x-rays results for my daughter,they got the results ,but couldn't get the results yet so about more than a week later they call when my daughter wrist wasactually better. thats one of many things going on in the clinic now.
