Dr Shah is a great Dr but his staff is horrible in every aspect.
Dr. Shaw is a wonderful neurologist. I have been his patient since 2017 after totaling my car which was the cause of our initial visit. He is very educated and cares about his patients. I once had a seizure in front of him and he made sure to have me go to Duke Hospital for a VEEG. He makes sure to try to handle the issues. He also now requires me to come accompanied with someone because I think he wants to make sure I’m not driving.
Very skilled Dr, very kind and understanding. Staff does a great job as well.
Dr Shah is not as attentive as you would like him to be, and he didn't seem to have a lot of his own original ideas on how to treat my girlfriend's symptoms. The nursing staff here is entirely incompetent and don't seem to care much at all about the patients or doing anything in a timely fashion. I would not recommend going here.
First of all. I’m giving a 1 star simply because of Dr . Shah. I saw him for essential tremors and he ultimately found that I was B12 deficient. Which he treated me for. This was in January.He prescribed me propranolol for my tremors and unfortunately I’m unable to take due to bradycardia. In the beginning of March I was having symptoms of continued low B12 in which I called the office.
