STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!! The staff are rude and irresponsible, they won’t check your insurance and will send you wherever they like, it most likely to some lab that dirty and not covered by your insurance The clinic letting people waiting forever, you are expected to wait 2hours or more to see dr Helen, she is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen in US, she has no professional knowledge at all and she is not even sure what need to be done.

If you’re a first time patient there, they won’t tell you that you won’t be seeing a provider til the end of your pregnancy which is not comfortable for any patients especially if it’s your first time there. Yes they’ll tell you “their contract/policy of which hospital you’ll go to and that you’ll see any doctor that will be on call for your delivery. Bad experience there. Front desk woman wearing glasses was not very polite.
I spent 54 minutes on the phone with a representative just to try to schedule an appointment — this level of inefficiency is completely unacceptable. I was referred to this OB-GYN by my primary care physician due to a serious decline in my health, and I urgently needed care.
