Examined By Dr. Helen Yee on04/04/2012 for severe back pain. I found Dr.Yee to be attentive, professional, came up with a plan for a problem I've had for over twenty years. Hopefully I'll be pain free after necessary paperwork is found and submitted correctly by the U.S. Dept. Of Labor, so I can receive the necessary treatment to get me on the right track.
