She said that she sent a request for medicines, in the end nothing was sent. I had to call the queue for a question. Very irresponsible!
Unprofessional and rude.
Very unprofessional, unethical. I don't understand how she still has her license. My mom went to emergency right after her appointment, and they told her that she need a surgery ASAP but Helen said that she's okay on the same day even tho she knew her symptoms and diagnosis and it was her responsibility to take care of this. I don't recommend her.
