I traveled from the U.S. to Vancouver and found this clinic completely by chance. Trusting someone new for Botox isn’t easy, but I’m so glad I did. The results were exactly what I wanted—natural and beautifully done. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The doctor can sometimes come across as rude, and follow-up care has been lacking. I was due for a 5-year follow-up colonoscopy, but no reminder or follow-up was provided, and I only pursued it after I started bleeding. It also seems that cosmetic procedures like Botox are prioritized over patients with more urgent medical concerns. I hope the clinic improves its communication and patient follow-up.

Even though she is a family doctor, she doesn't pay any attention to her patients and only works on skin and beauty. And this is far from medical ethics and should be punished.
