This doctor is not professional at all. I have been waiting for weeks for the doctor to call me, and they never contact me. The next day when I call to ask why they didn’t call, no one gives me a clear answer, and they schedule me for another appointment two weeks later. Every time I went to the clinic, everyone there seemed dissatisfied. The doctor is not professional at all. They have two receptionists working there, but they do not do their job properly. I was not satisfied at all.
If you need a doctor who will genuinely take care of your health, do NOT count on her. She simply does not fulfill her responsibilities as a family physician. I have been experiencing problems with her for six years, hoping in vain to see any improvement. I had a wonderful experience getting lip injections with Dr. Helen Karimirad. She was so nice and truly delivered a great, natural injection. I'm incredibly happy with the result—exactly the subtle, natural look I wanted!
