I met Dr. Cross at the Lions Gate Hospital Emergency Room. I had a severe headache and waited for 12 hours in the ER. She was incredibly kind and supportive. After speaking with her, I felt much better. It could have been a stressful and frustrating situation, but she helped me through it.
Dr Cross is an excellent doctor who takes time to listen and act on patients needs. Dr Cross was instrumental in building a team of doctors to investigate and treat my condition. I was in Lions Gate Hospital for six weeks and received superior treatment from the doctors and nursing staff. Dr Cross continues to follow up on my condition. Thank you Frank Harrison
