Previously this office was very pleasant and run smoothly, the staff were kind and professional, however since the new office manager took over at the front desk things have changed. She is rude, nasty, condescending and extremely unprofessional. I have witnessed her discriminatory behavior towards certain clients.
Dr Amir Shahlaee and his treatment plan for my allergy & asthma exacerbations has been a game changer! He’s a thoughtful and caring physician who takes the time to get it right! Thank you to Angie, Dina, Carolina & Olivia for being just as caring and patient centric as Dr Shahlaee. It means a lot and goes a long way! Can’t say enough about this amazing care team!
I have been Dr Shalahee’s patient for 4 years and he’s always great but the current receptionist is really rude… no greeting and she always has an attitude even over the phone!!!
