Dr. Gheriani told me my diagnosis was not bad and recommended no treatment. I got a second opinion and have since received the surgery I needed to correct my symptoms.
Horrible services. Rude front desk lady. Screwed up my appointments and was sending info to a Dr that wasnt mine. So i received no updates and they never called me. The front desk lady was not listening to me as i tried to explain to her that I never received any emails or txt msgs about my appointments. I was referred by a telus Dr. who is not my family Dr. So sending any information to them is absolutely useless and pointless as they are not going to relay any info back to me. Dr.Gheriani did a surgery on me as I had severe breathing issues, i can now finally breathe! Dr.Gheriani is an amazing Otolaryngology doctor, he is a very caring, kind and compassionate doctor. His dedication to my surgery with follow up was above and beyond and also pivotal to my recovery. Thank you soo much for helping me breathe normally again!!
I must say Dr. Gheriani is easily the best ENT doctor I have ever seen. He is so polite and understanding. He will describe you the concerns in the most easiest way possible and will ask you several times if you have any doubts or questions for him. The entire time he spends consulting with you, he will never for a moment show that he is in hurry and there are more clients waiting outside for their turns.
