Dr Suffoletto was great. She asked what led up to my shoulder injury, explained what all was wrong (a series of tears) and did caution that she could not completely rule out surgery. After examining my shoulder she explained that she likes to start conservatively with physical therapy and monitor the response. She also explained other options for down the road if needed. I have a follow up with her to assess how physical therapy is going. I would highly recommend her.
Dr Suffoleto has the bedside manner of a cactus. I saw her twice for a ligament sprain in my foot and both times I was made to feel like I was bothering her for even being there. I could very clearly hear her and the PA talking poorly about me outside the door while I was waiting in the room. The conversation was condescending, to say the least. I also have foot arch pain, and the PA discovered what could potentially be plantar fasciitis, but the Dr never even examined me for it. I was rushed out of there so fast that I forg... read more
Dr. Heidi Suffoletto saw me for about 2 minutes, told me to go for another exam, then I never heard from her again. Didn't even tell me the results of my exam. I had to contact them through the portal and ask them. Has no follow-up plan of action. She's only in it for the money.
Dr Suffoletto ad her staff are very caring. They listen to your concerns and after examinatuon offer options for treatment of your complaint. I've seen Dr Suffoletto on other occasions and have always left satisfied and at peace with her diagnosis and treatment.
Very personable Dr. - explained the details in an easy understandable way, took into account my lifestyle & profession in talking about PT & planning for the future.
