Called with a Medicare client of mine to help her get her prescriptions refilled. The receptionist was very rude and even heard her say " GOD THESE PEOPLE ARE DRIVING ME CRAZY" before hanging up. My client was brought to tears as she's recently endured a stroke and has a hard time communicating. I'm trying to convince her to leave this medical group altogether. So unprofessional I'm speechless.
Dr. Heidi Nashed has been my family doctor for several years. She is by far the best doctor I have had in my 71 years of life. She always takes time and care. She treats you like you are family. Talking with her is like talking with a trusted family friend. Her staff is also very responsive and kind. I highly recommend her and her staff. ~Ana Brown
While Dr. Nashed is a very nice person, her staff needs to work on their people skills. Her P.A. would try to ask questions not related to the visit for which I was there, and when I said "you're not going to change my code from a 1 to a 3 or more & try to charge me more", she abruptly left the room without a word. When I tried to get a prescription filled, the office staff merely said "You have a balance & need an office visit".
