I am a new patient of Dr. Heidi Helgeson. She is very professional. She spent time listening to my health concerns, was very thorough asking me questions, she has a pleasant personality, and gave me the feeling that she deeply cares. I'm extremely satisfied with my appointment as she is very knowledgeable and I feel well informed.
Didn't care for her wasn't satisfied she didn't check anything on me it was an establish care.appointment didn't listen to my heart lungs check my legs or order blood work.sat.and talked.with me I will be seeking another Dr. My Dr left and have to.find a new one with all I have going on she didn't even set me up with a follow up I used to be seen every month or 6 weeks.
Dr. Helgeson is caring, friendly and professional. I visited her the first time in a new patient appointment and she listened and made sure we had good communication. That meant a lot to me. Today I visited her because I have been ill. She was kind, efficient and patient -- like a lot of sick people, I wasn't in the best mood, either. I'm SO glad I found her.
