I love Dr Fahringer. I have been seen her for years and have been especially impressed by how she managed to teach my then-pre-teen daughter to use contacts. Once I went to Lenscrafters to try to save a buck or two and not only did I end up spending just as much, there was way more time wasted and hassle experienced and much less personal attention.
Unprofessional, petty and a bit on the greedy side. I was allowed to sit and wait more than 30 minutes for my appointment (had I been 30 minutes late, on the other hand, I'm sure they would have turned me away). When I inquired as to when I would be seen, I got major "attitude" in reply. In fact, I was allowed to sit another 30 minutes and was never seen at all because I finally walked out.
