Dr Heibesh is a very ignorant Dr doesn't give a damn about her patients all she cares about is filling perscriptions when need or not only to have them bought at her own pharmacy. She refused my mother her anti depressant refill because my mom is out of town for a while for emergency reasons and needed her perscription faxed to another pharmacy, my mom has requested the perscription to be written out on numerous occasions so she can get it filled at a less cost but Dr Heibesh tells her no they need to be payed for at her pha... read more

Actual trash her husband answered the phone didn’t answer my question used the worst tone possible and then hung up on me.
She is my family doctor for more then 3 year best one in Brandon.
My son waited in this clinic for hours only for the doctor to walk out on the last three patients !!!! Very unprofessional very rude.
