Dr. Bhoots is a good doctor. However, I have concerns regarding his head nurse, Abby, who claims to hold this position. Unfortunately, I have found her to be unfriendly and unprofessional. When I attempt to explain our situation and convey the urgency, my concerns seem to fall on deaf ears. I feel that she can be rude and dishonest, often making statements that are not accurate in order to expedite the call.
