I called because my grandmother had an appointment today. The receptionist Lorena calls back says that my grandmother can not be seen because Dr. Leon is not her primary care provider on her medicare insurance card. Mind you she already went to see Dr. Leon like about 3 months ago and they never told me this, my grandma has the uhc dual complete plan medicare and medicaid and on her medicaid card Dr. Leon is her primary care provider. This office is ok, I've never had a problem until today. They are usually friendly and up beat, this particular day I come for my appt. I don't have a mask, and they don't have one for me! Being very persistent about having one! I asked to pls give me one, they stated they don't have any I should go next door to by one, which is the pharmacy selling a box for $10.. Which is connected to doctor office..
