The receptionist Lorena calls back says that my grandmother can not be seen because Dr. Leon is not her primary care provider on her medicare insurance card. Mind you she already went to see Dr. Leon like about 3 months ago and they never told me this, my grandma has the uhc dual complete plan medicare and medicaid and on her medicaid card Dr. Leon is her primary care provider.
