My experience with this doctor's office has been deeply disappointing. It's evident that their priority lies solely with financial gain, not patient well-being. The moment their attempts to charge an outdated payment method failed, the level of care and respect we received plummeted. I recently had a humiliating phone call with doctor Tamayo. Dr. Tamayo is an amazing physician. He’s unlike most because he actually takes time to hear you, and diagnose you all while explaining the meaning instead of just throwing medications at you. I was recommended by my parents and now I recommend him to friends. Excellent doctor if you’re wanting unbiased care with great communication.
My wife and I have been patients of Doctor Tamayo for over a year now. We could not be more pleased, he listens, he is thorough, patient with us and most importantly he is accessible and responsive. I have been on 2 trip this past year, one out of the country and most recently out of state, both times I needed help and each time he either picked up the phone or called back right away. This Direct Care is invaluable to my wife and I and we have recommend Dr Tamayo to our family and friends.
Dr Tamayo is a great doctor, I am really happy with his service and how patiently he listens and tries to analyse everything and find the right treatment for me.
