Outstanding care from Dr. Bonilla and medical staff. (Front desk staff is a different story.) I am not nearly as limited by my ME/CFS as I was before I started seeing Dr. Bonilla. I've gotten much better than I thought I could. His medical understanding is phenomenonal. He seems to have an unusually accurate intuition for this condition.
Horrible place - don't waste your time. DMVesque experience . I never saw the Dr, just a young PA that asked the same questions repeatedly and never phoned in half my prescriptions - I called many times and can't reach front desk, just left messages. Had my PCP send a direct message and still no sleep meds as discussed, no call back. Nothing. FRONT DESK HAS ATTITUDE AND INTENTIONALLY INTERFERES WITH CARE. A DANGEROUS PLACE FOR MANY REASONS.
Dr Bonilla started off as a wonderful doctor. The last couple of times I've gone, he seems more concerned about long covid than he does about chronic fatigue. His office staff Is atrocious. The girl at the front desk almost cost me $1,000 but I was able to fight it with Stanford . Thank goodness I knew about the no surprise act. What really drew the line for me was his offices staffs lack to help its patients out.
