I have been taking my kids here since they were babies. I love the attention and how friendly everyone is. We have seen different providers and they are all great! Love this place
First of all our family has been attending Dr.Gonzalez for over 10 years now. The Doctors are great they explain everything in detail. As far as office personnel unfortunately are very unprofessional. I hate using these word but "Ghetto" and "unethical". Especially Rosie she talks over you and hangs up on you. If you ask to speak to a manager she'll say she isn't available or will but you on a long hold and eventually hangs up on you. Have to wait 2 weeks to see anyone in that clinic. Dr is nice but i don’t need nice, I need knowledge and care. It all begins with their ghetto receptionists, then the lack of appointments and ends with the unprofessionalism of the PAs, Drs and bryman college nurses. It’s obvious they’re only there for the insurance money.
