Dr Hecker systematically assessed my current hearing and customized my hearing aids incrementally over several weeks so that it was a gradual application. He followed up with another hesring test and fine tuned by aids accordingly. He was very personable and listened to my concerns and questions without rushing. I am very pleased with the results that included a special setting for when I play guitar, but I am not as pleased as my wife is.

Dr Yowell was very informative, professional and friendly. She explained how hearing loss affects more than just hearing. The plans are very reasonable and the timeline explained and very reasonable and doable. I would highly recommend this practice.
