Just saw Dr. Hecker today, 12 Oct 2026, for my yearly check. I have said this before, I have been seeing Eric for many years and I will never see anyone else. He is a great provider and also a wonderful person. We spend, more minutes than needed, each visit talking about family, sports, religioin, and just good old conversation. Five stars are not enough! Thank you to his entire group.

Dr Hecker systematically assessed my current hearing and customized my hearing aids incrementally over several weeks so that it was a gradual application. He followed up with another hesring test and fine tuned by aids accordingly. He was very personable and listened to my concerns and questions without rushing. I am very pleased with the results that included a special setting for when I play guitar, but I am not as pleased as my wife is.
