Writing this for my wife. This Dr sees you the first time, then you are stuck with the Nurse Practitioner and the DR will never see you again for additional treatment or follow up. On top of that the APRN Estrada list herself as APRN endocrinologist in google. My condition, a simple one, has gotten worse since i saw this Dr.
DO NOT make the mistake of coming to this Dr. if I could give a below 0 star I would! I have been trying to get in touch with the Dr. because my insulin needs to be adjusted, my sugar levels have been very high and no one calls back! I have called about 12 times, and no one has helped! They also have the worst staff you can imagine! They don’t answer the calls, and after they leave you on hold for a long time, they hang up the phone, truly the most frustrating and the worst patient care I have ever experienced!
