Dr. Wassif was very rude in my first appt with her, specifically, she said she did not believe me regarding test results that I had earlier, and grabbed my phone out of my hand to look at them on my phone. Then after I had two procedures, I did not hear from her about next steps without calling multiple times. Then I had complications with the medications she put me on, and did not hear back for 4 days after my initial call, while I was incapacitated due to the medication. I was transported to cleveland clinic main campus the evening of jan.11th. Dr wassif took on my case. Ran many test and gave her opinion of my situation. Advised me of by pass surgery. I felt true confidence in her and said yes I will. I promised to do whatever she asked. She had a great heart surgeon do my surgery. I have been doing well.
