Heather has always been a good fit for me. I find that she’s caring, and always listens to me with compassion and empathy
My mother has this provider. I would not recommend her. She lacks empathy, compassion, and has a horrible bedside manner. As a patient, my mom asked questions about her lab results. Dr. Wood was rude and condescending in her response and acted as if it was a burden to explain the results. She also did not address the issues at hand and swept them under the table. I felt that my problems weren't heard or cared about. I felt an immense lack of curiosity or empathy. Maybe she was having a long day, I know these are hard times, but I've been having a terrible 3 months. Try feeling like you have a UTI for that long and just to be told that you should wait it out or get another expensive CT. Very disappointed. I wish I had read her previous reviews beforehand.
Terrible doctor. No compassion doesn’t care for her Patients. My mom was very sick for a very long time and the doctor ignored all the signs. She ended up in the emergency room and they found that she had lung cancer. Among other things that were wrong. The doctor ignored my mom and her pleas for help numerous times. Would never call her back when she called complaining of serious symptoms. I would not recommend this doctor to anybody. I personally believe she should not be practicing medicine at all.
