I recently had Dr Russel do some surgery on my eye I was unable to have it done under a general Dr Russ did it with local I did not feel a thing I could belive her excellent bed side manner Highly recommended
The worst customer service. Heather is a good doctor but not worth the rude incompetence of admin.
Terrible customer service. High demand doesn't give you the right to be sanctimonious. The receptionist had the audacity to argue over an appointment confirmation with me, which I am sure they will respond to below with something like "the client didn't adhere to t's and c's" Find somewhere else at all costs.
Dr Heather Russell did lens replacement surgery on both my eyes 12m ago. Results great, cannot fault the service I received from all of the team. Everything was explained including different options. Would definitely recommend Dr Russell.
I too was faced with a poor experience and unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist, Jenni Nixon. My interaction with Jenni was cold and her communication was lacking clarity and professionalism, her tone was dismissive and condescending, further exacerbating the situation.
