Hay was hired to investigate reports of domestic violence in my child's home. After every visit, my child would say, "Why won't she ask me about what's happening?" I'd say that she has a process, so we should let her do her thing, and we'll see what comes of it. I fired her after the fifth session. The reports of abuse would intensify to a level that would result in multiple 911 calls from neighbors, multiple CPS investigations, literally broken bones and facial injuries, and the child's removal from the home for two years. ... read more

A big factor to how I'm doing fine now is from all the important lessons Mrs. Heather Hay has taught me. She adapts to everyone's feeling and shows a strong passion for wanting to help people in stressful times. She was always open to my problems and made me feel like I wouldn't be judged or criticized. I highly recommend anyone in need of mental help to this Counselor!
