Dr. Was amazing!! However scheduling an appointment and then dealing with the front office desk for dermatology at MGH was difficult and not friendly. They will ask you to pull your own medical records despite you have all of your previous dr.s info and hand it to them on a silver platter. They still want you to collect fax #s and do all the deep digging and call the medical office yourself. Just very unpleasant front desk, would not feel comfortable coming back here
